What an outstanding Turkey Burner III.
We figured we were going to blow away last years records when we ran the numbers before the weekend.
We were right – Our Cycle Club posted 12,592 km over the 7 days of Turkey Burner III (a 300% increase over Turkey Burner II). The Elivar Run Club nearly doubled last years total, posting an amazing 1,941 km over the week.
With some very rough math, we reckon that’s 117 Turkey’s!
Running Club Winners (drum roll…)
Overall Distance: Anthony Bailey who posted a very impressive 112 km during the week.
Longest Run: Julian Brewer with a 42.5 km mega run!
Cycling Club Winners
Overall Distance: Rachael Elliott whose 814 km was a whopping 250 km ahead of 2nd place!
Longest Ride: Dave Powell set the bar pretty high with his 187 km spin.
