Elivar Sports Nutrition Expert Prof Greg Whyte Supports Zoe Ball on Sports Relief’s Hardest Road Home Challenge.
Zoe took on the challenge to raise money for Sport Relief and raise awareness of mental health by highlighting how Sport Relief cash helps support mental health projects across the UK.
Zoe Ball used Elivar on her 350-mile cycle from Blackpool to Brighton in aid of Sport Relief
Zoe Ball pushed herself to the limit with a gruelling five-day cycle challenge, in BT Sport Relief Challenge: Zoe’s Hardest Road Home.
Ahead of her challenge Zoe visited The Tomorrow Project, which has been set up to support individuals and communities to prevent suicide. The Tomorrow Project is managed by Harmless, an organisation that provides support to people who are at risk of self-harm; their friends, families and professionals.

Since 2006, Greg has applied his sports science work to assist various celebrities in completing some of the toughest challenges. Since 1985, Comic Relief has raised over £1 billion. That money has helped, and is helping, people living incredible tough lives.
